Carol O'Connor has been a certified residential real estate appraiser since 1996 in the Phoenix metropolitan area. We are available to do appraisals for lenders, management companies, attorneys, for purchases, refinances, trusts, estates, probate, date of death, as well as for the homeowner to determine market value in anticipation of selling or remodeling. We also offer a unique service to measure only. Many homeowners and realtors rely on our expertise in determining the true, correct size of a home prior to listing.
